Construction

1. Build the frame using 2x4 lumber
2. Attach the hardware cloth to the bottom of the frame
3. Attach the chicken wire to the sides and top of the frame
4. Add the roof using your chosen material
5. Attach the castor wheels to the bottom of the frame
6. Add the door using hinges and a latch
7. Install the feeders and waterers
8. Paint or stain the chicken tractor

Maintenance

To keep your chicken tractor in good condition, it's important to perform regular maintenance tasks:

• Clean out the coop regularly to prevent buildup of droppings and bacteria
• Check for any damage or wear and repair as needed
• Move the chicken tractor to a new location regularly to prevent overgrazing and promote fresh foraging opportunities
• Provide fresh food and water daily
